We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at our Edwardsville, IL home office. When you join Nevco, you join a team. Position Overview The Graphic Designer reports to the Director of Marketing and plays a critical role in supporting Nevco’s sales process. This position is responsible for executing graphical renderings (proofs) of scoreboard models and video displays based on specifications provided by the Sales team. These renderings are business-critical tools used to secure customer approval, making this role a key support function for Nevco Sales.

Success in this role requires a collaborative, responsive working relationship with Sales and cross-functional teams, along with the ability to manage a high volume of design requests accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret proof requests submitted by Sales Consultants through Salesforce

Execute and deliver approximately 17–22 scoreboard and video display proofs per day using CorelDRAW

Complete ad-hoc graphic design requests as needed (e.g., updating specification sheets in InDesign)

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of renderings

Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality across all graphical outputs

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of typography, color theory and perspective drawing

Working knowledge of basic printing processes

Proficiency in CorelDRAW (preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines

Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
