About the role We’re seeking a Sales Executive focused on the Secondary School Market to help expand 3rd Mil’s reach and impact within school systems nationwide. This role is ideal for a motivated, relationship‑driven professional who thrives on connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they are set up for success. You’ll play éché a key role in helping elementary, middle, and high schools implement 3rd Mil courses effectively and ensure the best possible outcomes for the people they serve.

As the Secondary Sales Executive, you’ll prospect, qualify, and close new business. You’ll manage your new business pipeline and transition new clients to their Account Manager.

What you’ll do

Reach out to new and existing court customers identified through our CRM (HubSpot)

Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with principles, counselors, teachers, and school administrators

Present, promote, and sell 3rd Mil’s programs to prospective secondary school partners

Track sales activity, manage tasks, and maintain accurate records within HubSpot

Engage in regular professional development to continually improve your performance and product knowledge

What you’ll bring

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and professional presence when presenting to court officials

Proven relationship management and customer service abilities

Highly motivated and target‑driven with excellent organizational skills auto/experience double-underscore

Understand CRM processes -HubSpot preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous learning

Familiarity with or interest in the educational system, public service, or education‑related fields (preferred)

Performance expectations

Outbound Activity:30+ calls per day withchap 6 quality connections

Respond to all emails and inbound calls within 24 hours

Complete all HubSpot tasks by their due date

Consistently meet monthly revenue targets through a consultative selling approach

Dedicate at least 5 hours per month to professional development \ Past Health, dental, and vision insurance

47,000 - 102,000 USD per year (San Antonio)
