About the role We are hiring an entry-level, technically inclined associate who is interested in building a career in B2B SaaS sales and revenue operations. This role is designed for someone with 0-2 years of experience with a technical background who wants real exposure to how sales, marketing, client success, and product teams work together in a SaaS environment.
You will work directly under the Sales & Revenue Operations Manager and alongside a senior team member, acting as a junior execution partner across sales operations, marketing support, client coordination, and technical workflows. This is a fully in-office role with significant mentorship and hands‑on responsibility.
What you’ll do This role is intentionally broad and will flex week to week based on priorities. Responsibilities include:
Support sales operations through Salesforce cleanup, deal updates, and pipeline hygiene
Assist with sales-related administrative tasks, client follow‑ups, and internal coordination
Help prepare materials, data, or context needed for sales conversations
Gain exposure to the full B2B SaaS sales cycle without carrying a quota
Marketing & growth support
Assist with website updates and basic content or asset management
Support marketing operations tasks such as tracking requests, organizing assets, or coordinating timelines
Help execute campaigns or initiatives as needed, particularly where technical coordination is required
Technical & systems work
Work daily in Salesforce, ClickUp, and Google Workspace
Support and test automations and workflows, including n8n flows
Help translate client or internal technical needs into clear requests for the development team
Assist with troubleshooting, QA, and validation of fixes or enhancements
Client & internal coordination
Support client success efforts by tracking requests, following up on open items, and ensuring issues move toward resolution
Act as a connective layer between sales, operations, development, and client‑facing teams
Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Ad hoc and overflow support
Priorities and workload will be set and guided by the Sales & Revenue Operations Manager to ensure clear direction and learning progression.
Who this role is for This is an entry‑level role for a professional who:
Has a technical background (software engineering, computer science, information systems, or similar)
Is interested in transitioning into B2B SaaS sales or revenue roles
Wants hands‑on exposure instead of a narrow, siloed job
Is comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
Learns quickly and takes ownership once trained
Requirements
0–2 years of relevant professional experience (sales, revenue operations, go‑to‑market, technical internships, or project‑based work)
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an engineering, technical, or systems‑focused field
Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new tools
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to work fully in office, five days per week
Nice to have, but not required
Exposure to Salesforce, CRM systems, or SaaS environments
Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
Internship, co‑op, or project experience in tech or SaaS
Why this role is different This is not a traditional entry‑level sales role or an SDR position. You will gain direct exposure to:
How B2B SaaS sales actually operates behind the scenes
How technical systems support revenue and client success
How to work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams
This role is designed to build a strong foundation for future growth into sales, revenue operations, or technical go‑to‑market roles.
