About the Role : Play a pivotal role in driving growth, dealer partnerships and market presence for an innovative agricultural machinery brand across Western Europe. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the Western European presence of an innovative and fast‑growing agricultural machinery manufacturer. As Sales Manager for Western Europe, you will take ownership of key markets, driving commercial performance while building strong, sustainable dealer partnerships that support long‑term growth and brand recognition across the region. You will bring a successful background in agricultural machinery sales, combined with hands‑on agricultural knowledge and a commercially driven, solutions‑focused approach. Fluent in English and German, you will be comfortable operating across diverse European markets, acting as a trusted partner to dealers and customers alike. This role offers the chance to work closely with a highly respected manufacturer, influence market strategy, and play a central role in expanding its footprint across Europe.

Responsibilities

To manage all sales and marketing operations across the region, including managing budgets and consistently meeting or exceeding targets

To build, strengthen, and manage a high‑performing dealer network to enhance sales and service delivery

To maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM management, providing weekly reports to senior management

To collaborate with marketing to plan and execute regional initiatives and events

To lead product demonstrations, installations, and training programs, factory and farm visits for both dealers and farmers

To work collaboratively with the wider team, providing support, resolving any queries and delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

A proven track record in sales within agricultural machinery

Existing knowledge of agricultural machinery, crop establishment and regenerative agriculture

The ability to communicate, network and influence with customers across all levels

Practical experience of operating agricultural machinery

Excellent organisational skills able to prioritise diary to meet deadlines

A strong relationship builder

Good commercial acumen, with experience on managing budgets and KPI’s

Self‑motivated and driven to succeed

A team player

Fluent in English and German

Proficient IT skills and with CRM system and sales reporting tools

Full driving licence and the desire to travel daily

Pay range and compensation package : A competitive salary based on experience, with performance‑related bonuses, commission, generous annual leave plus bank holidays and company car.
