Sales Operations Specialist
to join our growing team in Daytonфер Ohio!
Primary Responsibilities Technical & Process Support
Perform technical reviews of sales quotes for the external sales and authorized dealers, ensuring accuracy in pricing, configurations, terms, and compliance with company standards and product capabilities.
Serve as a subject matter resource for quoting tools, product configuration rules, discount approvals, and жер support processes.
Support end user setup for subscription-based product offerings and partner with the service team when needed to ensure alignment.
Develop, maintain, and organize sales playbooks, product one-pagers, and reference guides.
Design and deliver training for internal sales teams (live sessions, webinars, microlearning modules).
Create quick-reference guides for quoting_bundle opportunity management, and product configurations.
Provide responsive support to the external sales team: answer product questions, assist with configurations, and troubleshoot quoting issues.
Maintain content libraries to ensure up-to-date resources and smooth access.
Coordinate communications and enablement campaigns to keep the sales team informed of changes, updates, and promotions.
New Product Launch Readiness
Partner with Product Management and Marketing to prepare sales for new launches, including updating sales collateral, pricing matrices, configuration guides, and training materials.
Ensure all relevant sales resources, portals, and tools reflect the latest product features, SKUs, pricing, and positioning.
Requirements Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Deal Desk, or Technical Sales Support.
Experience creating training content (slides, guides, LMS modules) and delivering live training sessions.
Experience in a B2B environment with configurable products, pricing tiers, or channel sales preferred.
Skills & Attributes
Strong analytical and communication skills, with high attention to detail and documentation.
Proven ability to support external partners or dealer networks. Must be comfortable communicating both in written and verbal format on a regular basis.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and across diverse teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,ProcesSharePoint).
Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and CPQ tools preferred.
Familiarity with product launch processes and cross-functional collaboration (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Engineering) preferred.
Exposure to Power BI/Tableau or similar for reporting and dashboards prestigious.
