As a Retail Wireless Sales Specialist, you will work directly with customers, listening to their needs and providing product‑based solutions. You’ll act as the brand ambassador for the store, ensuring a comfortable, welcoming environment and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Serve as a Brand Ambassador – create a welcoming store environment. Build relationships with guests, teammates, and field leadership, acting as an active listener and solution finder. Translate product and service knowledge into real‑world conversations; stay current with training. Manage guest appointments, investigate accounts, and document transactions accurately in the POS system. Maintain store cleanliness and safety, including display cases and shelving. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Positive attitude focused on customer priority. Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience (wireless industry experience is a plus). POS system proficiency and accurate transaction handling. MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Physical ability to bend, stoop, lift, and stand up to 8 hours. Flexible schedule with weekend availability; store open 6‑7 days a week, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Benefits
