Key Responsibilities
Assist with framing, drywall installation, and painting tasks on residential remodeling projects
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Load and unload materials and tools as needed
Support carpenters, installers, and foremen with day‑to‑day site activities
Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Perform additional labor duties as required
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in framing, drywall, and painting highly preferred
Ability to use basic hand and power tools
Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
Willingness to learn and grow within the construction industry
