The company recently expanded through a major OTC brand acquisition and is gearing up for new consumer awareness campaigns and enhanced retail activation across top U.S. retailers. This is an exciting time to join a business that is scaling quickly and evolving its commercial capabilities.
The Role The Senior Associate Brand Manager will help manage all aspects of marketing related to driving long‑term, profitable growth. Day‑to‑day activities include, but are not limited to innovation, portfolio management, sales support, agency relationships, creating consumption analyses, and developing in‑market activations. A successful candidate is one who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and works well leading cross‑functional teams.
Who We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Experience: Relevant CPG marketing role genética (OTC / Consumer Health experience is a plus). Syndicated Data: Comfortable pulling and analyzing IRI and/or Nielsen data. Strong Communication: Ability to present findings clearly to leadership and cross‑functional teams. Can‑Do Attitude: Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to problem‑solving, should be adaptable and willing to learn new processes and tackle new challenges. Technical Skills: Strength in Microsoftfe PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Financial Acumen: Solid foundation in financial analysis & comfortable with P&L basics. Detail‑Oriented & Process‑Driven: Focused on operational efficiency with strong project management skills.
