Sales Coordinator – Metal Processing Company
This hybrid position (3 days on site per week) offers a full-time role of 35 hours per week (7 hours per day from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, and vacation. You will be the main contact for customers, confirming orders and invoices, tracking shipments, and addressing questions & concerns. Maintain contact with customers (confirm details of orders & forecasts) Discuss & address customer questions & concerns Maintain customer accounts (accurate & timely invoice delivery & payment) Manage inventory levels – utilize resources, create & maintain reports Track shipments & deliveries – ensure timely arrival & handle shipping documents Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (accounting or business related) Strong Excel experience (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) Must have customer service experience Accounting management software experience preferred (ideally SAP) Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment responsibly & effectively Able to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch & lift up to 20 pounds Seniority level
