The Opportunity As an Inside Sales Manager, you’ll lead, coach, and inspire a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences across phone, email, and chat. What You’ll Lead & Do

Team Leadership & Development:omia coach, mentor, and train your team through structured 1:1s, performance reviews, and data‑driven insights.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute territory and major account plans, collaborate with marketing, and ensure CRM accuracy.

Customer Engagement: Serve as escalation point for complex issues, deliver tailored presentations, and build strong relationships പ്രവർത്തന with key accounts.

Operational Excellence: Monitor sales activities, generate reports, manage schedules, and flex across roles to maintain service levels.

Recruitment & Talent Management: Assist in hiring, onboarding, and orienting new team members.

Technology & Process Improvement: Leverage CRM systems and AI‑driven tools to enhance productivity and customer experience.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of supervisory experience leading inbound/inside sales teams.

Proven success leveraging technology (CRM, analytics, AI‑enabled tools) to improve performance.

Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and embody our core values.

Primarily on‑site in Norwood with flexibility for remote work under our hybrid schedule.

Willingness to travel occasionally for customer appointments, training, or tradeshows.

Compensation & Work Schedule

Salary + Commission: $86,000 – $118,000 annually
