Job Summary

Understands unique customer payment terms within the construction industry Utilize credit tools such as D&B to assess credit risk Assist in annual reviews to assess credit risk and credit worthiness Review, analyze and develop customer risk profiles using customer information Ad hoc projects as needed by credit supervisor Gather customer information as described by company policy Work with the internal customer to release credit holds and or increase credit limits based on risk and business needs Ad hoc projects as needed by credit supervisor Meets or exceeds key performance metrics and goals Credit Role and Qualifications

Credit Specialist

is responsible for reviewing customer terms and compliance; responsible for credit hold/release; assist the Credit Manager with management/investigation of credit risks, approves new lines of credit and/or the extension of credit and limits. Resolves moderately complex credit issues but may need assistance on highly sensitive accounts. Job Location This position is a hybrid role based in our corporate office in Atlanta, GA. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 2+ years in commercial manufacturing credit review in lieu of Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of related experience in B2B Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization Ability to maintain accuracy in a very detailed work environment, highly detail oriented Ability to work independently and possess initiative and self-start qualities Proficient in PC skills, accounting software, Internet-based programs, MS Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP ups and pivot tables) Analytical mindset with an emphasis on building and designing scalable processes What CRH Offers You
