Position Overview:
The Print Finishing Associate supports production by operating and maintaining finishing equipment, ensuring quality standards, and assisting with various tasks in the finishing department. This is a
temp-to-perm position
.
Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and operate finishing equipment as needed.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time to meet production schedules.
Perform quality checks on work and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Assist with shipping and other related duties.
Report equipment issues promptly and work with technicians to minimize downtime.
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
Good eyesight and depth perception.
Basic math skills for verifying quantities and weights.
Ability to read and follow work orders and instructions in English.
Willingness to work overtime when needed.
Reliable references required.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (temperature variations, noise, dust).
