We are currently seeking a highly skilled Print Production Specialist to support the Faculty Print Center. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to provide high-quality service to faculty members. The ideal candidate will be experienced in print production and able to think quickly, troubleshoot equipment issues, and manage a variety of printing tasks in a fast-paced environment. 4:00 PM Job Responsibilities for Print Production Specialist: Operate and maintain print production equipment, including large-format printers and finishing/mounting tools Utilize Fiery software for print job setup, calibration, and color management Perform folding, cutting, binding, and other finishing operations Troubleshoot technical issues with print devices and production equipment Ensure high-quality output for faculty print materials Prioritize and manage multiple print requests in a deadline-driven environment Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with faculty Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient print center workspace Job Requirements for Print Production Specialist: High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 3 years of related print production experience; 5 or more years of print or production experience preferred Familiarity with using Fiery software Ability to routinely lift 10 lbs., up to 70 lbs. occasionally when needed Moderate dexterity required, including regular use of tools, computers, and print equipment
