About the Role

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of capital raising or institutional sales experience in real estate, private equity, or related investment alternatives. A proven track record of managing a region and raising capital with institutional investors is essential, as is a deep network of consultants, and institutional and private wealth relationships. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or advanced degree in finance, real estate, or economics. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with the ability to influence and drive results, and who is adept at refining and overseeing marketing efforts.
