About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to the CEO. This pivotal role is the driving force behind the CEO, responsible for managing high-impact projects, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring seamless operational execution. The successful candidate will serve as an integrator across businesses, act as the CEO's air traffic controller to prioritize and orchestrate, and be the primary liaison for communication and accountability. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional projects, managing stakeholder commitments, and optimizing processes for scalability. The role also involves calendar and time management, meeting logistics, and providing personal and boundary support to the CEO.
Applicants must have 7-10+ years of experience in high-level support, operations, or project roles, with a strong background in scaling startups or growing companies. Essential qualifications include strong project management skills, a background in marketing, operations, or product, exceptional communication, an MBA or comparable training, and a proven ability to influence and lead without authority. The ideal candidate will have experience with board-level or investor relations, the ability to think ahead and anticipate needs, and a high level of discretion and trustworthiness.
