The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead the daily operations and provide overall leadership for a senior living community. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality services, resident satisfaction, team engagement, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance. This role involves ensuring that all programs, policies, and services support resident independence, wellness, and quality of life, while also upholding regulatory and organizational standards. The Executive Director will have broad oversight across key departments, including hospitality, dining, programming, maintenance, and administrative functions, and will be expected to build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, health services, administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of leadership experience in senior living or a comparable residential care setting. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in managing operations, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
