Order Management Specialist (Entry Level)

Enter and process customer orders (EDI, email, fax) with accuracy. Prepare release documents/BOLs and issue invoices after shipments. Upload and maintain EDI/GDSN data; troubleshoot basic EDI issues. Track inventory levels and assist logistics with shipment updates and allocation needs. Communicate with customers regarding order discrepancies, delays, and general questions; maintain accurate CRM records. Report issues to management and support continuous process improvements. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. Ability to interpret written instructions, technical documents, and order data. Clear communication skills and strong problem-solving ability. Professional, adaptable, and able to work with multiple teams. Job Details:
