About the Team

The Create team is focused on building the tools, platforms, and systems that power assessment authoring at scale. Our work supports the full assessment authoring ecosystem, including the creation, review, management, and lifecycle of test content and related data, used across organization programs and partners.

On the Create team, designers work closely with a large, highly skilled engineering organization and dedicated product partners. Designers are embedded within interdisciplinary product teams, collaborating daily with product managers, engineers, and program stakeholders to shape solutions from discovery through delivery.

We care deeply about understanding the needs, workflows, and constraints of our users, many of whom are expert practitioners working in complex, high-stakes environments. Curiosity, empathy, and collaboration are core to how we work, and user insight is foundational to our decision-making.

Our teams are primarily remote, with regular virtual collaboration and periodic in-person meetups in locations such as Reston, Virginia and New York City, as well as company-hosted conferences.

If you enjoy working closely with engineers, tackling complex systems, and grounding design decisions in a deep understanding of users, you'll be a strong fit for the Create team.
