Junior Designer (Graphic + Video) Location: Tallahassee, Florida (On-site) Entry-level designer with strong visual design fundamentals and hands-on video skills. You’ll produce social, digital, and print assets plus short‑form video and motion for destination‑first travel clients. Must have a design school background and a website portfolio showcasing real project work. Key Responsibilities Design: Create on‑brand layouts for social, digital display, email, web, OOH/print, and presentations; version and resize assets. Video/Motion: Edit short‑form video (social, paid, reels), basic motion graphics/animatics, simple lower thirds/end cards, and cutdowns. Collaboration: Work from briefs/storyboards; partner with copy, art direction, social, and production; maintain file organization and handoff‑ready packages. Brand Stewardship: Apply brand guidelines; ensure consistency, accessibility, and platform best practices. QA and Delivery: Prep files for production and respond quickly to feedback and revisions. Qualifications Design school degree (Graphic Design/Communication Design or related) required. Portfolio website required—showing brand systems, typography, layout, and video/motion work. Proficient in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Premiere Pro required; After Effects basics preferred; Figma familiarity a plus. Understanding of social/digital formats, aspect ratios, compression, and export specs. Strong typography, color, and layout fundamentals; attention to detail and version control. 0–2 years professional experience; internships or freelance in agency/brand environments preferred. Success Metrics Quality and timeliness of deliverables; adherence to briefs and brand standards. Effective collaboration and responsiveness to feedback. Accuracy in file prep, specs, and asset trafficking. Nice‑to‑Have Basic photography, motion graphics templates (MOGRTs), or illustration. Experience with destination/travel brands and UGC/social‑first storytelling. Additional On‑site only in Tallahassee; occasional travel for shoots or on‑location content.
