We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director Paid Media to lead paid acquisition strategy, manage large-scale media investments, and drive sustainable revenue growth across multiple channels and markets. This senior leadership role is for professionals who combine strategic vision with deep hands?on expertise in paid media and full ownership of performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall paid media strategy, covering platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance channels.
- Take full ownership of performance, growth, and ROI across paid acquisition initiatives.
- Plan, allocate, and scale large advertising budgets to achieve target CPA, ROAS, LTV, and CAC.
- Design and optimize full?funnel paid media strategies, from acquisition and conversion to remarketing and retention.
- Analyze performance data at a strategic level and translate insights into scalable growth initiatives.
- Build, lead, and develop high?performing Paid Media and Performance Marketing teams.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Product, Tech, and Data teams to optimize the end?to?end marketing ecosystem.
- Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, testing methodologies, and best practices for paid media operations.
- Manage platform risk, media efficiency, and long?term account stability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing leadership roles.
- Proven track record managing and scaling large advertising budgets with measurable business impact.
- Deep understanding of bidding strategies, auction dynamics, tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with data?driven decision?making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team?management skills.
- Agency experience or experience managing multi?market / international campaigns is a strong advantage.
