Term: Full?time / Direct Hire

Location: 4 days a week onsite in West Hollywood, CA

Compensation: Up to $150K base DOE + Bonus + Full Benefits

What Were Looking For:

• 57+ years in DTC performance, growth, or lifecycle marketing (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle preferred)
• 23+ years managing teams or external agency partners
• Proven track record in multi?channel campaign execution, including paid media, email/SMS, and retention programs
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable making decisions based on CAC, LTV, ROAS, and cohort analysis
• Ability to balance data?driven performance with brand stewardship
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, SMS platforms, and e?commerce optimization
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross?functional collaboration skills
