Job Description We’re seeking a reliable, organized, and creative college student to join our team as a Social Media Administrative Assistant . This part-time role offers hands-on experience in social media management, influencer collaborations, event coordination, and digital content planning. Perfect for students interested in marketing, communications, business, or entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities Administrative & Business Support
Create and manage contracts for restaurant owners
Prepare and track invoices, ensuring accurate records
Assist with client onboarding, including organizing documents and information
Scheduling & Event Coordination
Manage and update the event calendar via Google Cal
Coordinate and track events, including timelines and follow-ups
Assist with scheduling content shoots, meetings, and collaborations
Support influencer outreach via email and DMs
Help manage influencer collaborations from outreach to execution
Assist with group collaborations, including communication and scheduling
Track deliverables, deadlines, and collaboration details
Content & Social Media Planning
Manage and organize the content calendar
Assist with pre-shoot content planning
Brainstorm and organize Reel ideas
Create shot lists for content shoots
Organize key menu items/featured content for shoots
Appear on camera when requested for video or photo ideas (such as behind-the-scenes content or trending Reels/TikToks)
Qualifications College student (all majors welcome; marketing, communications, or business a plus)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Interest in social media, influencer marketing, and content creation
Sense of humor and an eye for creative, engaging content trends
Open to participating in video or photo content when needed
Time Commitment Part-time role
Flexible hours with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
