Order Entry Specialist
LHH is collaborating with a top-tier manufacturing company in Duluth, GA, to hire an organized and proactive Order Entry Coordinator. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders across multiple channelsfax, email, and mailsupporting seamless fulfillment and exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do
Enter customer purchase orders with precision, confirming part numbers, quantities, and shipping details. Validate pricing, product specs, and delivery timelines; make adjustments as needed. Send order confirmations with pricing and shipping details via email or fax. Prepare and generate order forms (manual or digital), including cost calculations for customer approval. Maintain organized, chronological order records for quick access. Direct customer inquiries and order-related issues to the appropriate Customer Service team. Compile reports and statistical data for management review. What We're Looking For
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. High energy, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Typing speed of 40+ WPM. High school diploma or equivalent required. 23 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or similar roles preferred. At least 1 year in an office support or clerical position is a plus.
