I’m partnering with a high-growth digital health company to identify a VP of Sales to lead and scale their commercial function across the U.S.
Own and scale the end-to-end sales strategy for a mission-driven digital health platform Lead, build, and mentor a distributed sales organisation Partner closely with the CEO and executive team on revenue growth and go-to-market strategy Drive enterprise and/or mid-market deals with health systems, payers, employers, or life sciences (depending on background) Play a key role in the company’s next phase of growth and commercialisation
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience Prior VP / Head of Sales experience in digital health, health tech, SaaS, or healthcare IT Proven track record of scaling revenue and building high-performing sales teams Experience selling into complex healthcare buyers Comfortable in growth-stage / PE- or VC-backed environments U.S.-based and able to work fully remote
Remote-first leadership role (U.S.) Competitive executive compensation (base + bonus + equity) Strong product-market fit and clear growth trajectory High visibility and influence at the executive level
