Sales Account Manager – High-Reliability Interconnect Solutions Company Overview Our client is a global leader in high-reliability connectivity solutions, supporting mission-critical applications across the aerospace & defence, medical, semiconductor test, and industrial markets. Role Overview The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth across a defined region, with a strong focus on semiconductor and test markets. This role combines strategic account development with new business acquisition, working closely with internal technical, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver tailored solutions to complex customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales growth strategy, expanding existing accounts and penetrating new territories
Identify customer needs and collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to support new and existing product development
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships at multiple levels within client organisations
Generate accurate sales forecasts and contribute to budgeting and commercial planning with senior sales leadership
Promote the company’s full product portfolio and technical capabilities to customers and prospects
Track and analyse sales performance using CRM tools and key performance indicators
Represent the business at industry events, technical conferences, and customer meetings
Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct field sales within the semiconductor, connector, or test equipment industry
Strong technical understanding, with the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record of managing and growing strategic customer accounts
Comfortable delivering customer presentations and conducting virtual and in-person meetings
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region (up to 50%)
Additional Requirements
US citizenship or permanent residency is required due to export control and regulatory compliance (ITAR) for certain accounts
