The Role The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth and increasing market penetration across the Greater Dallas region. This is a high-visibility, remote-based role with responsibility for territory expansion, new business development and strengthening relationships with existing customers through the introduction of new products and solutions.

The position suits a proactive, results-driven sales professional with a strong “hunter” mindset, ideally with experience selling engineered or manufactured electronic components and working closely with distribution partners and manufacturer representatives.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual regional sales targets

Own and execute the regional sales strategy, including account development and new customer acquisition

Maintain strong relationships with key accounts while identifying and developing new target customers

Manage and support distributor and manufacturer representative activity within the region

Work closely with sales leadership on regional forecasting, budgeting and reporting

Use CRM systems to manage pipeline visibility, performance tracking and forecasting

Collaborate with internal teams to provide market feedback on pricing, product design and policy improvements

Travel regularly within the region, with occasional national travel

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential

Minimum of 3 years’ sales and business development experience within a manufacturing or engineered products environment

Experience within electronic components, RF, interconnects or related technologies strongly preferred

At least 2 years’ experience working with distributors and manufacturer representatives

Proven track record in winning new business and expanding product penetration within existing accounts

Highly motivated, self-directed and comfortable working independently in a remote role

Strong communication, presentation and digital/CRM skills
