Responsibilities
You will be responsible for receiving orders by email, fax, and phone call. You will be setting customer pay schedules, creating order packets for the manufacturing department, doing order follow up and shipment tracking. You will handle product inquiries, estimates, and quote jobs. You will be working on multiple orders simultaneously. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem solving abilities to resolve complex issues with a high level of attention to detail.
