Senior Interior Designer - Healthcare

to join a highly collaborative and dynamic Health team with opportunities for growth. The ideal individual will have 10-15+ years of experience and is a self‑starter with strong design skills. Professionals with experience in healthcare projects and a strong interest in healthcare are encouraged to apply.

As a

Senior Interior Designer - Healthcare

on the Perkins+Will team, you will:

Lead design efforts and project teams including design direction and client engagement for marquee healthcare projects

Design and coordinate detailed design concepts, assist with design and.ITEM_technical coordination among disciplines, and respond to technical implications of design decisions

Facilitate program development with project team

Be responsible for project design budget, cost control, and schedule

Prepare design presentations, assuming lead in client and owner presentations

Coordinate contractorserts, consultants, and vendor assignments including integration of basic engineering systems in overall project design

Direct, organize, and mentor junior staff with responsibility for oversight

To join us, you should have:

A professional degree in Interior Design, or related discipline

10+ years of experience

Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software; Revit strongly preferred

Strong competency in interior design specifications, calculations and industry standards, and application of building codes and specifications

Ability to direct and coordinate work eleições of junior staff

Experience in all phases and aspects of a project

Effective verbal and written communication skills iru

Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn

Collaborative and professional work ethic

LEED AP or within 6 months of hire

NCIDQ licensure
