This position requires you to live within a commutable distance from one of our offices and be available to work onsite as needed for collaboration and team engagement/collaboration.# # # Job SummaryWe're looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the day-to-day execution of Care Agent, Experity's AI-powered conversational patient engagement platform. Care Agent is live in production today, reaching nearly one million patients per month, and we're just getting started.This role is for someone who believes AI will fundamentally change how consumers interact with software. You'll own the roadmap execution for a platform that's replacing clunky patient portals and endless phone trees with natural conversation. Patients book appointments, receive lab results, manage prescriptions, and navigate their care through a single, intelligent interface.You'll work with executive leadership to translate vision into shipped product, coordinate with external development partners, and make sure we're delivering capabilities that patients actually want to use and that create real value for clinics. If you've been looking for the chance to build AI-native products at scale in an industry that's long overdue for better consumer experiences, this is it.# # Responsibilities* Own day-to-day execution of the Care Agent product roadmap, ensuring on-time delivery of new skills and capabilities across booking, triage, registration, payments, and patient communications.* Partner with executive stakeholders to refine product strategy based on customer feedback, market trends, and platform performance data.* Coordinate with external development partners and agencies to manage deliverables, timelines, and quality across multiple concurrent workstreams.* Define and prioritize product requirements, working with engineering and design to translate user needs into detailed specifications.* Design conversational experiences that feel natural and human, not robotic, using AI to accomplish patient goals efficiently.* Drive adoption and expansion across Experity's customer base of 5,700+ urgent care clinics serving 40 million annual patient visits.* Monitor platform analytics and KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization, iterate on existing features, and inform roadmap decisions.* Conduct customer interviews to gather feedback, validate product direction, and identify unmet needs.* Build and present product updates and roadmap presentations to executive-level customer stakeholders.# # EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.# # TravelAnticipate travel up to 15% of the time for customer meetings, company gatherings, and industry events (approximately once per quarter).# # Experience* 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of shipping consumer-facing digital products.* Genuine enthusiasm for AI products and conversational interfaces. You understand how LLMs and agents are changing what's possible and you want to build with them.* Experience with mobile-first UX design.* Strong eye for design and proficiency in Figma.* Background in B2C technology, SaaS, or consumer apps strongly preferred.* Comfortable working with external development partners and managing deliverables across distributed teams.* Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience conducting customer interviews and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.# # Preferred* Familiarity with agentic AI systems, MCP (Model Context Protocol), or similar orchestration frameworks.* Experience with event-driven architectures or real-time messaging systems.* Knowledge of healthcare technology, including EHR/EMR systems, interoperability standards, or patient engagement platforms.* Experience with booking systems or appointment scheduling products.* Background working in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.).# Core ValuesEvery team member exhibits our core values:* **Team First*** **Lift Others Up*** **Share Openly*** **Set and Crush Goals*** **Delight the Client**# Equal Opportunity Employer
