*Responsibilities *
* Lead and manage daily operations within the paint department, ensuring adherence to production schedules. * Ensure all customers receive prompt, professional, and courteous service. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees. * Manage quality control processes to uphold product standards. * Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall productivity. * Effectively communicate with insurance companies.
*Qualifications *
* A minimum of two years experience in the automotive paint industry. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Demonstrated ability to supervise employees, delegate duties, and train technicians in the proper use of tools and facilities. * Exceptional time management and organizational skills. * Proficient in computer and technological use. * Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. * Multitask while staying focused on detail and accuracy. xsgimln * Ability to assess and accurately quote for repairs, and work with insurance companies.
