Priority1, Inc. is currently seeking transportation professionals for business‑to‑business product/service sales in Dothan. We are looking for falando, polished, hardworking candidates who want to build a career in sales. Priority buruk is a premier consulting and contract logistics company, specializing in LTL, truckload, air freight, and warehouse services. We are growing rapidly and are looking to add new outside Territory Managers to the Dothan market.

Prospecting new business (B2B door‑to‑door cold calling)

Training and Development At Priority1 we believe in supporting our Territory Managers with best‑in‑class training and development. New hires receive three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months, with additional senior TM trainings and management training further into their career. Training takes place in Little Rock, AR and is led by the Executive Development Team, who themselves started in sales. New Territory Managers also get integrated into the “Fast Start Program” immediately after Basic Sales Training in Little Rock, which includes three months of in‑the‑field training with upper management.

Requirements of a Priority1 Territory Manager
2 years of freight sales experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, or communication), but any major acceptable with a passion for sales
Involvement in campus activities (athletic backgrounds highly recommended)
Naturally enthusiastic and energetic
Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
Determined to be part of a winning team
A burning desire for success
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, $500 monthly car allowance and reimbursement for gas receipts
Medical insurance with premiums paid at 100% for employees and dependents
