True Homes
The Leasing Coordinator I is responsible for managing lead portfolios for assigned properties, with a primary focus on converting leads to tenants. This role requires proactive outreach to prospective tenants, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product and availability, and supporting the team in achieving leasing goals, including occupancy rates and lead-to-lease conversion ratios. The Leasing Coordinator I also ensures vacancies are marketed to the highest standard, that all units meet showing standards, and is responsible for performing property showings, conducting move‑ins, and completing vacancy walks to assess readiness and identify turn needs. This role requires the ability to consistently achieve 10‑15 executed leases per month.
Responsibilities
Demonstrates buy‑in and alignment with the True Homes culture
Manages assigned lead portfolios in accordance with established processes and procedures
Maintains familiarity with all available properties, pricing and availability dates
Coordinates and conducts property showings for prospective tenants
Ensures all vacancies are marketed with A+ quality, including accurate rates, availability and high‑visibility listings
Monitors and updates marketing platforms to maximize exposure and lead generation
Ensures all vacant units meet showing standards prior to appointments
Produces complete, accurate and timely lease documentation for approved applications
Completes move‑in orientations as needed
Enhances the client experience and ensures the quality of the True Homes IRS brand
Acts with discernment by escalating prospect requests to the Leasing Manager, as necessary
Follows all processes and administrative procedures consistently, completely, and accurately
Demonstrates Five Star Customer Service
Practices True Lean culture to eliminate waste
Performs other duties as needed or required

Manages time and travel efficiently to maximize productivity, responsiveness and leasing output

Adheres to all Fair Housing laws and company standards, maintaining ethical, non‑discriminatory practices in every prospect and tenant interaction.
Owns the prospect relationship from initial inquiry through move‑in, delivering clear communication, timely follow‑up and professional leasing experience.
Ensure all marketing efforts meet company standards for quality and visibility
Own move‑in dates with upcoming tenants to ensure home completion and readiness
Qualifications
High School diploma/GED required, associate’s degree, preferred
Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required
One or more years of experience in leasing, sales or customer service preferred
Basic marketing experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills required
