The Role We are seeking an experienced
Recruiter și
who can help us expand our network by identifying and referring highly qualified experts across different fields. This is a unique, performance-based opportunity: instead of a fixed salary, you will earn
a referral fee for mukha every expert you refer who is successfully hired — and continue to receive that fee for as long as they remain engaged.
As a Recruiter, you will:
Proactively source and identify skilled professionals across a variety of industries.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified experts.
Act as a long‑term talent partner, strengthening and expanding our professional community over time.
Your Profile
Proven experience in
recruitment
or
talent acquisition , ideally across multiple industries.
Experience hiring in Belgium and other French‑speaking countries across Africa and Europe.
Native or bilingual French proficiency.
Strong English skills (B2–C1 or above) for effective communication with our international team.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage candidates persuasively.
Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently.
