Position Medication Partner – Part Time
Location Highland Heights, Ohio
Wage $22‑$24 per hour
Shift Schedule Week 1: Tuesday / Wednesday / Friday Week 2: Monday / Saturday / Sunday, 7pm‑11pm
About the Facility Vitalia Highland Heights – 305 Bishop Rd. Highland Heights, Ohio 44143.
Responsibilities
Advocate of Empathy – responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.

Engaged Egghead – be curious, ask questions, pursue development, growth, and training within the organization.
Administer medication properly.
Maintain medication carts and accurate recordkeeping.
Proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Appropriately certified per state guidelines; certification is active and in good standing.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Mature interpersonal skills to work effectively with co‑workers.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude; love residents.
Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day, and frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
Capable of assisting residents with sitting, standing, walking, and aiding after a fall.
Criminally cleared.
Good health and physically/mentally capable of performing tasks; medical screening within 6 months of employment.
