What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Maximize order intake, sales, and price realization for medical equipment
Maintain and strengthen relationships with hospitals and medical institutions
Identify and acquire new customers within a dedicated portfolio
Conduct sales presentations for both new and existing customers
Collaborate on the development and implementation of local marketing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
University degree; medical educational background is preferred
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical equipment or disposable sales
Proven experience in electrophysiology is a strong asset
Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken
Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with public tenders and healthcare procurement
Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver clinical/technical presentations and provide on‑site implementation support
Readiness for intensive travel within the assigned region and abroad
