What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead and develop the ultrasound sales organization in Poland to drive market share growth

Manage, coach, and inspire a team of Key Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets

Define and execute the ultrasound sales strategy in alignment with broader organizational objectives

Drive commercial excellence through effective account planning, pipeline management, and performance tracking

Strengthen competitive positioning in the Polish ultrasound market by expanding customer relationships

What is Required (Qualifications):

Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Commercial role, preferably within medical devices or healthcare technology

Strong track record in driving market share growth and delivering sustainable sales results

Experience in leading Key Account Manager teams

Strong expertise in sales funnel management, forecasting, and data-driven decision making

Fluency in English required due to international collaboration

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience working effectively in a matrix organization

Additional languages spoken would be an asset
