We are currently hiring for a Floating Assistant Property Manager that will work in various satellite offices throughout the North Region.

The North region is composed of various portfolios, each managed by a property manager and support staff.

The properties are located in Shoreline, Kenmore, Kirkland, Bothell, Woodinville, and Sedro‑Woolley.

The home office will be based at the Ballinger Homes portfolio located in Shoreline.امين كبيرة .

Essential Functions

Train and monitor the work of new and current staff as directed by the Regional Manager.

Provide staff coverage for Property Managers and/or Property Specialists throughout the region as needed.

Participate in administrative workload management; support portfolios by completing tasks in a timely manner, addressing shortages, lease ups, and program changes.

Perform other duties as assigned.

ვეულසද\u{asu} Qualifications and Competencies Required Qualifications

Associate's degree.

Moderate (1 – 3 years) experience in affordable housing, property management, fair housing, or general management.

An equivalent combination of experience and education that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficiency in preparing and maintaining records and reports with a high level of accuracy; ability to perform mathematical calculations.

Knowledge of complex affordable housing programs including HUD rental assistance, LIHTC, HOME and other applicable regulated housing programs and Authority policies and procedures.ілі

Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, ensuring accuracy, multitasking, and handling interruptions appropriately; ensures assignments are completed on time and effectively.

Effective communication—written and oral—with individuals, internal and external organizations.

Ability to work independently and as a team member, developing effective working relationships and contributing to department initiatives.

Adaptability to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities; positive attitude and willingness to learn new ways to accomplish work activities.

Problem‑solving skills; critical, creative, and reflective thinking.

Excellent time management and project management skills.

Proficiency using MS Office applications—including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.

Ability to work effectively and positively with individuals of diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Special Requirements

Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record during employment.

Salary & Benefits The starting salary range for this position is $75,542 labour - $92,537 annually, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The complete salary range is $75,542 – $109,534.41. Performance‑based merit increase opportunities and COLAs are reviewed annually. Physical Work Environment Work requires occasional exertion of up to 25 pounds, standing, sitting, speaking, hearing, repetitive motions, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, and frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions. The position involves use of measuring devices, operating machines and motor vehicles, and may require wearing specialized personal protective equipment. Noise levels generally moderate (e.g., business office, light traffic).
