Role Overview Stelvio are working with a client that is part of a global intelligent transportation systems business focused on tolling, safety, enforcement, and logistics technology solutions. We are looking for a Pricing Analyst who will sit within the finance function, reporting into the Director of Finance and Controlling. The role supports pricing activity across proposals, projects, and internal stakeholders, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
Support pricing activities by analysing market and customer information, reviewing RFP documentation, compiling cost and pricing data, and coordinating pricing deliverables.
Conduct analysis of customer and competitor information using online research, industry sources, and contract documentation.
Monitor market trends and competitor pricing approaches.
Review RFPs to assess cost and pricing considerations.
Identify pricing requirements and potential risks and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Ensure pricing activities align with company policies, regulatory standards, and legal obligations.
Support pricing risk assessment and mitigation efforts.
Develop and maintain cost and pricing schedules for proposals and projects.
Track milestones and deadlines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Work with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather and validate pricing inputs.
Collect, review, and compile cost and pricing data into structured models and summaries.
Support presentation of pricing analysis to senior leadership.
Use analytical tools to improve pricing accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain pricing documentation and supporting materials within the proposal repository.
Ensure documents are accurate, organised, and retained appropriately.
Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes and methodologies.
Support implementation of best practices and process enhancements.
Work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams on pricing‑related initiatives.
Support projects requiring pricing or cost analysis input.
Assist with training and knowledge sharing on pricing processes and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related role.
Advanced Excel capability, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
Experience using pricing or data modelling tools.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Effective communicator across all levels of the organisation.
Comfortable interpreting technical, requirements, and contractual documentation.
Able to work independently and collaboratively.
