We are currently seeking an Architectural Designer with 3‑5 years of experience. Candidates must be self‑motivated and enjoy working collaboratively with team members and consultant teams with a willingness to learn.
Position Responsibilities
Strong conceptual design ability and advanced graphic representation skills.
Work on programming research, zoning research, massing, orientation studies, and design studies.
Prepare presentation drawings representing design intent.
Render design ideas in forms of scale drawings, 3‑D models, sketches, illustrations, and physical models.
Research materials, products, and furnishings based on project design goals.
With guidance, work on construction documents and coordinate review of shop drawings during the construction phase.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required.
3‑5 years of post‑graduation experience required.
Ability to prioritize and multi‑task.
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and a self‑starter.
Hardworking and a team player.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Adobe Graphics Suite, and related design software.
