Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parts Counter Representative to support our Machinery division. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, works well with mechanics and customers, and takes pride in keeping inventory organized and accurate.
Responsibilities
Provide parts support to mechanics and customers by answering incoming calls and assisting with counter sales.
Process and fulfill parts orders, including preparing orders for pickup or delivery.
Deliver parts to customer locations as needed.
Receive, stock, and organize inventory; maintain accurate physical inventory counts.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department.
Operate a forklift to load and unload pallets (training provided if needed).
Package and ship parts and cores; receive and stage units for installation.
Accurately record sales, deliveries, and related documentation.
Occasionally travel to customer locations while following all safety and driving regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned to support dealership operations and objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years parts counter experience with CASE/CE dealership or other major brand dealer.
Knowledge of AG Machinery a major plus.
Looking for an energetic, career minded, people oriented individual with highly developed computer and business skills.
Workday M-F 8 hour days, plus 2 half day Saturdays as assigned.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a warehouse/parts environment, including lifting, standing, and operating equipment.
Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy setting.
Ability to follow safety rules, policies, and procedures at all times.
