Position is part of
Ponce Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc.
(Ponce NHS), a nonprofit serving communities in Puerto Rico. The mission is to strengthen communities through housing development, community education, and financial education.
Member Duties:
The VISTA Member will build PNHS’s organizational capacity by supporting community education, outreach, and data‑driven planning efforts. Activities include coordinating community workshops, assisting with community data collection and analysis, conducting needs assessments, identifying service gaps, fostering partnerships, supporting volunteer‑led initiatives, and strengthening community empowerment and sustainability.
