What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as a resource for troubleshooting and resolving issues, adhering to standardized procedures
Reconcile disability and statutory payments, reviewing claim files for variances
Coordinate with disability case managers and applicable statutory states for complianceResearch pending payments and resolve issues by contacting relevant stakeholders
Communicate with policyholders and various departments to obtain information or confirm changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of work-related experience
Knowledge of IRS codes, regulations, and billing procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and mathematical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Knowledge of STD/LOA products and/or finance experience
Experience in customer service and personal services assessment
