Job DescriptionAs a Domino’s Crew Member, you are often the first person to welcome and interact with customers. Successful performance requires enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, punctuality, and a professional appearance that reflects Domino’s and Team Fox image standards. Duties & Responsibilities

Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, handle work under stress, meet quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, and make ethical judgments in a timely manner.

Greet customers enthusiastically and with a positive personality, taking orders with a smile.

Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment.

Take inventory, stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage areas, and complete associated paperwork.

Prepare products to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.

Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.

Perform accurate calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) quickly and make correct monetary change.

Use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot‑paddle comfortably.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed from a standing position with most of the shift on your feet.

Walking surfaces include ceramic tile “bricks” with linoleum in some food process areas; work surfaces are between 36” and 42”. Bulk product deliveries occur two to three times per week, requiring unloading and handling ingredients or supplies that may weigh up to 50 pounds.

Occasional crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or stair use may be required.

Hand‑eye coordination is required for shaping pizza dough, using the pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.

Qualifications

At least 16 years of age.

Must pass a criminal background check.
