The
Sweco Design Center Poland
operates as an internal design center within the Sweco Group. It specialises in planning, engineering, architecture and design across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, urban planning, construction, energy, manufacturing and IT systems. The Design Center currently collaborates with Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
Responsibilities
Work on the design of highways, roads, streets and land development projects of all sizes on the Swedish market;
Utilise design software such as
AutoCad/Civil 3D
to create detailed drawings and plans;
Support the preparation of road design documentation according to project requirements and standards;
Design a variety of road engineering projects from conception to completion;
Assist senior engineers in delivering design tasks within schedule and budget;
Collaborate on the preparation of reports, proposals and presentations as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
Minimum
1 year of expertise
in road engineering. If you have more experience than required for a junior role, we are open to discussion;
Proficiency in road design software such as AutoCAD/Civil 3D;
Ability to work collaboratively in a multi‑disciplinary team environment;
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
Good to have:
experience in BIM.
