T5 Data Centers
The Sales Support Manager role is responsible for coordinating and managing the administration of the T5 Operations sales process. The role supports sales leadership with a success-based bonus structure, aligned directly with the sales team’s performance. Applicants should be goal‑minded, with an interest in learning and contributing to a strategic team‑selling model, including coordinating with technical, operations, construction, finance, management, proposal and other sales team members. Accountability, understanding requirements, meeting client‑driven timelines and maintaining the T5 customer standards are central to the role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing support for sales leadership, including process management and client facing support
Acting as a liaison and project manager for sales leadership
Understanding customer requirements and expectations for presentations and deliverables
Updating deliverables on a per client basis in areas such as staffing models, pricing tables, presentations and solution components
Tracking follow through on action items, both internally and client facing
Driving preparation for client meetings, including logistics and client research
Providing overall support for client interactions and deliverables
QUALIFICATIONS
Works well with T5 team members and partners
Self‑motivated with a growth mindset
Able to follow guidance, then execute independently
Problem solver that is detail oriented
Thrives in a fast‑paced environment that is goal driven with an expectation of accountability
MSFT Office and/or Google product skills, including presentation formatting and excel
Data centerArguments industry experience is a plus
