What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the central point of coordination between Security Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Technology teams
Execute and manage measurable webcasts, webinars, and live demos to drive pipeline across multiple regions
Compile promotional materials to enhance audience engagement and increase attendance
Maintain campaign project plans and monitor progress using project tracking tools
Facilitate weekly status check‑ins and resolve issues impacting timelines or quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a related role
Strong program management skills and knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience coordinating enterprise‑level marketing programs or campaign operations
Familiarity with marketing systems such as Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce
Exposure to content management systems and dynamic email platforms
Knowledge of project management tools like AirTable or Smartsheet
Background in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector
