Position Overview We’re excited to announce an opportunity to advance your career as an
Email Marketing Manager . We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Manager to lead our email marketing strategy, execution, and optimization. This role is responsible for creating compelling email campaigns that engage our audience, drive conversions, and enhance repurchase rate. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, automation tools, and performance analytics.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop, execute and optimize email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, and automated drip campaigns.
Segment and personalize email lists to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
Manage email automation workflows, ensuring timely and relevant communication.
Analyze email campaign performance using key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) and implement data-driven improvements.
A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to maximize effectiveness..
Ensure all email communications comply with best practices, legal regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging email templates.
Work with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Responsys), to execute campaigns efficiently.
Represent the email marketing team in meetings, providing campaign updates and strategic recommendations
Ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and list integrity, including timely scrubs of opt-outs and dynamic content targeting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, IT, etc.)
Proficiency manipulating data and performing calculations in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Basic HTML and SQL experience preferred
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in email marketing.
Required Skills
Must be able to develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Responsys platform toplan, launch and refine email campaigns
Must be able to develop and execute an A/B testing road map with the goal of improving email performance and driving more revenue.
Must be able to analyze email KPIs daily/weekly to optimize overall database health for better inbox delivery.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design.
Required Experience
5+ years of experience in email marketing or a related digital marketing role. Including 2 years of personnel management
Proficiency with email marketing platforms and automation tools. Preferably Responsys experience
Strong analytical skills and experience with email performance metrics and reporting.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
