What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Initiate and drive work streams of projects that enhance the organization’s overall health and yield
Monitor business outcomes through data analytics and propose process improvements
Facilitate project team meetings and support data-driven decision-making
Maintain relationships with business partners and provide updates on initiatives
Conduct ad hoc data analytics and deep dive requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of experience; recent graduates with project experience will be considered
Project management experience preferred
Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Strong ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Proven ability to succeed in an autonomous work environment
Experience with data analysis and process innovation
Technical understanding of tools such as Netezza, PL/SQL, Tableau, and Python
