Description & Requirements The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the National Office Design team at Forvis Mazars to create visually compelling designs for various media and creative deliverables, including advertising, brochures, publications, posters, presentations, and social media graphics. They will ensure consistent application of the Forvis Mazars global brand, self‑manage assigned projects, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment while collaborating with internal stakeholders, providing brand guidance, and driving project objectives.

What You Will Do

Work independently to incorporate client needs, marketing strategies, and business goals into on‑brand design deliverables.

Collaborate with the Creative Director and team members to maintain consistent brand style across all projects.

Proactively pitch ideas and new concepts to leaders to foster continual evolution.

Communicate effectively with marketers and internal clients to understand objectives and help achieve goals through relevant, on‑brand solutions.

Manage time to work on multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines.

Show a desire for continuous growth and development, welcoming constructive criticism and coaching.

Maintain the team‑based process and organization; ideate efficiencies and solutions as needed.

Use resources to stay current in the design industry, including brand research, concepting, and Adobe (and AI) capabilities.

Lead design for assigned projects and brand initiatives, embracing Forvis Mazars' Unmatched Client Experience (UCX) attributes by listening, responding, and consulting with purpose to deliver value.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

1 year or more of relevant experience.

Experience with branding in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (including animating content and graphics).

Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) including AI features.

B2B experience.

Experience with print and static digital design.

Demonstrated expertise in the elements and principles of design, layout, typography, color, visual communication, and brand systems.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience.

Experience using Workfront to manage creative projects, organize design workflows, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Portfolio Requirements Showcase a variety of high‑quality projects that highlight your capabilities, creative process, and problem‑solving skills. Project types include branding, print materials (brochures, posters, logos), and digital content (social media).

In addition to your portfolio, candidates should provide branding samples in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for the interview. The PowerPoint samples should include examples of content creation and graphic animation.
