What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop a robust sales pipeline and drive new business sales into Workday customer accounts
Navigate complex sales cycles to closure by collaborating with internal teams
Implement value‑selling processes using in-depth knowledge of Workday products and services
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors
Manage the legal contracting process within the assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or relevant work experience in HR services or enterprise software
Minimum of 5 years of selling experience in organizations with 1,000 or more employees
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a successful revenue attainment track record
Experience in selling services in the HR or Fintech space
Ability to maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with SaaS architecture
Experience in selling and presenting ERP software, particularly HCM solutions
Existing relationships with Workday Sales Account Executives and customers in the assigned region
